The full story - what an intimidating title! How about the short bio?
I was born in Seattle, land of rain and evergreens, and one of the highest populations of readers in the country. I still only want to curl up in a comfy chair with a good book every time it rains.
I not only grew up in a family of readers, but my great-grandmother famously wrote the novel Anna and the King of Siam. When you have a successful author in the family, it's hard for anyone to tell you that it's not a viable career! I started writing in third grade on the bus. I'd finished my book for the day and had a blank notebook to fill. And I never stopped writing.
My first novel, Shapeshifter's Quest, was published in 2005. While I'm proud of my accomplishments, I was only 22 when I sold it and I think I've learned a lot since then. I'm currently working on new projects and hope to publish fiction again soon.
My agent is Ginger Clark of Ginger Clark Literary.
